Comments: We hired Nice Yard to put in a concrete front walkway and a front yard side patio area. They did excellent work! We have loved our front patio area, and enjoy sitting out there on warm summer evenings - visiting with neighbors as they stroll by. The only thing I was at 4.5 star rating was the hour the work crew started - 5:30 AM! I was concerned our neighbors would complain about the very early start time and the noise from the machinary - but no complaints came. Overall VERY HAPPY with our concrete work from Nice Yard - definitely recommend!!

Comments: I loved their work, speed and the beauty of the finished project. This was for brick stairs on a slope. They only respond to calls when it's a project they are interested in. (Only reason customer service isn't a 5). I believe they don't want to do any weeding.

Comments: Very thorough. We needed to have fence posts and some wood replaced on a shared fence, and the gentleman who came to do the work did a great job removing the broken posts and replacing them; without causing any issue to the sections that we were not replacing.

Comments: Good looking job when they finished. They did a concrete patio for me. Lowered the score on customer service is because they didn't return any of my calls for information even though they said we'll call you right back. They have very hard working guys that pick up the slack for the lack of customer service. I like the quality of work so getting past being ignored throughout the job was OK. I'm a bit of a micro manager. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great job.

Comments: Over all quality was good. Customer service was lacking in communication and follow up. Took several phone calls to schedule some minor follow up. I would reccomend them, but they do need to improve in basic follow thru.
